For fourteen years, Carson served as CEO of Arrow Leadership, a ministry recognized as a global leader in Christian leadership development. Over the course of his leadership, Carson has amassed a huge amount of knowledge and experience in the mentoring of men and women in various leadership roles. Carson is recognized for his expertise and gifting in the area of mentoring leaders and those who follow. Recognized as a leader of leaders, Carson has an ability to identify leaders and invest wisdom into their development through mentoring, teaching and spiritual guidance. 

Today, Carson is a full-time executive mentor for Christian leaders and specializes in organizational leadership working with CEOs, executive teams, and their boards. In addition to this work and to being a best-selling author, Carson shares his knowledge through conferences, published articles, national radio programs and commentaries while also serving on the board of directors for World Vision, Kurumbuka, and Jews for Jesus. He is a trusted advisor to Christian leaders across Canada, the USA and globally.

When not traveling the world encouraging leaders with his wife Glenda, he loves time with his three sons, three daughters by marriage and his four grandsons and three amazing granddaughters. He is restored by laughter, sailing, Ireland, writing and spiritual retreats.
